Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may only use CoastLims with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service complies with any laws that apply to you.

CoastLims is an independent third-party marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation or any of the game developers whose in-game items are referenced on the Service (including but not limited to Steal A Brainrot, Adopt Me, and Grow A Garden 2). All trademarks, game names, and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

To place orders you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately at hello@coastlims.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the Service.

CoastLims sells digital in-game items that are delivered inside third-party Roblox experiences. To receive delivery you must provide a valid Roblox username and be available in the correct in-game location when we contact you. Delivery is typically completed within minutes, but times can vary based on game availability, private-server capacity, and demand. You are responsible for ensuring your Roblox account can trade or receive items and for following the target game's rules during delivery.

Once an item is delivered to your Roblox account, the sale is considered final. Because in-game items cannot be recalled once transferred, all sales of successfully delivered items are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time. We do our best to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or stock error after you place an order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges from your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

Payment is charged at the time of checkout through our payment processors. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount.

You may request a full refund at any time before your item has been delivered by contacting hello@coastlims.com or our live chat. Once an item has been delivered to your Roblox account, the order is final and non-refundable.

If we are unable to deliver your order due to stock issues, an outage on our end, or a fault on our side, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunds will not be granted for: (a) items successfully delivered and confirmed in your Roblox inventory; (b) buyer's remorse after delivery; (c) losing an item in a trade, scam, or game update after delivery; (d) providing an incorrect Roblox username; or (e) failing to be available for delivery after multiple attempts.

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, delivered order is considered fraud. If you have an issue with an order, contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue within 24 hours. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned and reported to payment networks and law enforcement, and any delivered items may be reclaimed where possible.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service without our written permission;
• Resell items purchased from CoastLims through misleading means;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, community, or other users;
• Provide false payment information or use payment methods you are not authorized to use.

The CoastLims name, logo, website design, copy, and original graphics are owned by CoastLims and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission. Roblox and game-related names, logos, and imagery belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee that any specific item will remain in stock, that delivery times will meet any specific window, or that a target Roblox experience will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoastLims and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, in-game items, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid CoastLims in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoastLims and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for CoastLims or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payments owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, a banner on the site or an email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CoastLims is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if that fails, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
